We use 100% American grown soy wax which makes for a clean and even burn. Our melts are comprised of wax and a mix of essential and premium grade fragrance oils. We omit toxic dyes and other additives, which results in a planet-friendly finished product. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
Products may be exchanged only. Undamaged and unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange of equal value within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
However, if the product has been damaged during shipment, the unused item should be returned for a full refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling charges within 14 days of delivery. Please submit a photograph with evidence of damage within 7 days of delivery. All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped therefore any damage is unlikely.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are usually shipped 2 - 4 business days after an order is placed. Order are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Larger packages are shipped via UPS. Shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. We strive to ship all products speedily and efficiently.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages typically ship via First Class International Mail. Tracking information or delivery confirmation may not be available. International packages may be subject to customs, duties and/or other fees and the customer is responsible for paying any fees associated with such. International orders generally arrive in 14 – 30 days.
